Support Groups

We understand how important it is to have someone to chat to, even if the smallest thing. Sometimes, you may feel its better to ‘sit with it,’ rather than ‘bother’ people. Our peer support leaders know exactly how you feel, because they have been there. They have lived-experiences,  which means they have first-hand experiences of social issues of which include, isolation, depresson, anxiety and other mental health issues.

Women to Women

Women to Women is an empowerment group that brings women from different communities together in a safe space,  where we can learn from each other’s life experiences, cultures, backgrounds and helping each other  realise that we are not alone, but will work through challenges together.

This group focuses on women’s issues that challenge their emotional, mental and physical well-being.

We cover issues such as, life-transistioning, domestic abuse/violence, career development and offer small achievable techniques and goals to guide you through life’s challenges. We help you to address specific issues or situations confidently with assertiveness. Currently, we meet once every fortnight from 10am to 12 noon in Enfield. To register your interest, please contact
